Wyedean rally report 12.2.2005

Heavy overnight rain meant that the stages around the forest of dean would pose a real challenge to the 180 cars that were to leave chepstow racecourse from 8am on the saturday morning. Despite having a new co driver and using a new type of notes Niall and Pamela set fastest or equal fastest times in their class over the 9 stages, as usual the yellow MG ZR ran without a fault and apart from a massive overshoot on SS8 the day passed without incident. This result gives Niall and Pam a early lead in the BTRDA 1400 'N1' class and they are looking forward to the next round, the 'Malcolm Wilson'rally, which starts from cockermouth in March.
